Google API Services – Limited Use Disclosure

To provide our SMTP service, our application accesses the following types of Google user data:

• Email Account Identifier: Your email address, used to identify the connected account.
• OAuth Tokens: Access and refresh tokens required to authenticate your account for sending emails.

We do not read, access, or store the content or attachments of your emails.

• To authenticate your account, allowing you to send emails from your Campaign Butler setup via Google’s SMTP servers.
• To maintain a secure connection, ensure email deliverability, and prevent system abuse.

Your data is never used for advertising, building user profiles, or any other purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer any Google user data to any third parties. Data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With essential infrastructure sub-processors, such as hosting providers (e.g., DigitalOcean, AWS), to deliver our service. • When required by law.

4. Data Storage & Protection

We are committed to protecting your data. Our policies for storing and protecting user data include:

• Encryption: All OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are always transmitted over secure, encrypted connections (TLS).
• Industry-Standard Security: We employ security best practices, including least-privilege access, auditing, and network controls to protect all user data we handle.

5. Data Retention, User Rights & Choices

Our data retention and user rights policies are as follows:

• Retention: We retain OAuth tokens only for the duration that your SMTP connection is active in our system.
• Deletion: When you disconnect the SMTP service from your account or revoke access via your Google Account settings, we promptly and permanently delete or disable the associated tokens.
• User Rights: You have the right to revoke our access at any time via your Google Account’s security settings. You may also contact us to request a copy of your data (which includes tokens and metadata) or to request confirmation of your data’s deletion.
